How to:

Thread the cord through the wooden bead and glue with a glue gun.
Glue the pompom on the wooden bead
Glue two small feathers on the back of the bead.
Knot a small circle of the elastic rubber around a pencil/marker,
cut and glue on the wooden bead.
And voila… your own Christmas Angel is ready!
