Marianne Perlot knows how to surprise us, as always, with a traditional technique in a new jacket!
Embroidery is completely trendy again this way. Despite the icy snowflakes, this card has a high cuddly content...
How to do?
Use Watercolor paper, which is nice and sturdy and is also very suitable for embroidery.
Cut a 15 x 15 cm square.
Attach the edge punch to one of the sides with craft tape and punch out.
Now attach the embroidery die to the punched-out edge with craft tape and die-cut it.
Choose a design paper and choose matching colors of embroidery thread.
Cut a strip of 15 cm and fold it in half to form a card.
Embroidery is done with 6 threads.
You attach and tie off at the back with a piece of adhesive tape (..)
Embroider the pattern.
You can now decorate the remaining space with stamps, dies, cutting sheets, etc.
With the help of the stamp master you can now also stamp without any problems.
Finally, decorate the embroidery with small self-adhesive Rhinestones.
Now determine the size of your watercolor paper and cut it to size. Finally, stick it on the front of your card.
Have fun!
