Apply Keramik-Effekt paint to a vase with a sponge or brush in 2 thin coats. Allow to dry. Then sand the surface smooth.
Draw cracks on the vase with metal effect foil glue.
Allow the glue to dry until transparent.
Finally, press the foil firmly onto the cracks with the glossy side up and pull it off with one tug.
