Life is better at the beach!

How to make your own trendy beach bag:

First draw the pattern on the bag freehand with a pencil.

Place a piece of carton in the bag to protect the other side from the paint pushing through.

Paint the parts to be painted opaque white, then you have a nice base to paint on. Let it dry completely.

Very lightly apply a little wood structure by using a damp sponge, in turn, diluted prov. beige, turquoise and burnt umber to sweep horizontally.
Let it dry completely.

Draw the letters with a pencil first and then on the bag.

Paint the letters with black, burnt umber and flow medium or some water. Let it dry completely.

Give white an accent on the right sides of the letters and let everything dry again.

Wipe gently over everything with a sponge and diluted white paint for a slightly weathered effect. But beware: not too much!

Apply a little diluted turquoise around this creation and apply some water / wave splashes here and there with a coarse sponge.

And now, enjoy summer with a filled bag at the beach!
