Versafine ink is the exception among Pigment inks,  the ink pad is made of firm felt with a fabric layer instead of a spongy layer, due to the composition of the ink. It's an oil based ink. Versafine is very suitable for stamping very fine details on matte paper and dries very quickly. The ink doesn't run during coloring with markers and watercolor techniques. Due to the unique composition the ink pads will last 3 to 5 times longer and therefor you will not need inkers. The fliptop cover can be fold under the ink pad for simplifying your stamping.
